Julie Pelle moved to the valley as a young girl with her family from Cleveland, Ohio. Raised with Midwest values and in an entrepreneurial family, Julie started her dedication to service clients in her family business at the age of ten. She continued with this personal focus and began her career in the private golf industry as a Buyer, Merchandiser and Director of Retail offering customer service and knowledge to the upscale private memberships. Passionate about customer service, the move to real estate was a natural fit and so Julie began building her real estate career in 2004.

With an established reputation of integrity and honesty, Julie builds relationships with clients. Nearly 100% of her business is based on referral from past clients, family and friends. This speaks volumes of her client loyalty and respect of her character and business. Julie is very professional and extremely knowledgeable about current market conditions.
