Magnificent mansions surround the community’s signature golf course, The Country Club at DC Ranch, a Club of Excellence-awarded, 18-hole, par-71 golf course designed by John Fought and Tom Lehman. Club members also gain access to the facilities of the 45,000-square-foot Ranch Hacienda Clubhouse, which includes multiple tennis courts, restaurants, and an extensive calendar of social events.

  2. DESERT MOUNTAIN is a lofty as its elevation

    Desert Mountain’s opulence is as lofty as its elevation. Sitting on the High Sonoran Desert terrain of North Scottsdale at an altitude of 3,000 feet, this 8,000-acre community is made up of an astonishing 35 villages in all. Each village is given its own personality where people are free to choose whichever personality suits them. Depending on the community, buyers get to choose from luxury villas, townhomes, patio homes, apartments, condos, and more. Avid golfers will enjoy the fact that the community houses six Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses, plus a seventh short executive course.

  3. SILVERLEAF is the most affluent golf community in Scottsdale, AZ

    As one of the most affluent golf communities in Scottsdale, AZ, Silverleaf offers the utmost in luxury living. This ritzy community allows buyers to build custom or semi-custom home options designed by architects and home builders of their choice. Its location along the slopes of the McDowell Mountains comes with sweeping views of both the desert and the city, as well as a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course that offers challenges unlike any other. The community’s crown jewel, the 50,000-square-foot Silverleaf Clubhouse, welcomes members with exclusive amenities that include a fitness center, lap pool, and spa, to name of few.

  4. THE BOULDERS boasts two championship greens

    The Boulders is a thriving, strategically located community straddling the border between Scottsdale and the neighboring town of Carefree. It comprises 12 distinct neighborhoods where homebuyers get to choose between luxury estates, well-appointed villas, resort-style single-family homes, and lock-and-leave patio homes set on expansive lots. The community boasts two championship greens designed by Jay Morrish, along with a 33,000-square-foot  wellness center offering a wide selection of spa services.


    Located in the Sonoran Desert, Whisper Rock is a guard-gated community featuring two golf courses designed by the legends in their field: Phil Mickelson and Gary Stephenson (Lower Course) and Tom Fazio (Upper Course). The Whisper Golf is so prestigious, membership is by invitation only. In fact, owning a home in Whisper Rock does not come with the privilege of joining the club.  That said, the 800-acre community itself approximates the exclusivity of the golf club. Homes in this guard-gated enclave come in lot sizes averaging 2 acres. The choice includes 200 home sites and 17 villas.
