We have worked with Julie over the past 6 years as a buyer, seller and landlord for investment property and as a buyer and seller of our personal residences. I first met Julie when she was working with a client that wanted to rent one of our homes. However, they wanted a shorter term lease as they had just moved to the area and liked the school district however, our house was a little smaller than they needed. Julie has the ability to develop a solution that best represented her clients needs while securing the deal. After that I engaged Julie to buy and sell over six homes and four rental agreements.
