We have worked with Julie over the past 6 years as a buyer, seller and landlord for investment property and as a buyer and seller of our personal residences. I first met Julie when she was working with a client that wanted to rent one of our homes. However, they wanted a shorter term lease as they had just moved to the area and liked the school district however, our house was a little smaller than they needed. Julie has the ability to develop a solution that best represented her clients needs while securing the deal. After that I engaged Julie to buy and sell over six homes and four rental agreements. This is our 7th house, so we've had experience with quite a few realtors. Julie was one of, it not the best, we've ever had. She was incredibly responsive, following up on everything immediately. When we needed to reach her she was nearly always available and when she wasn't she replied promptly and let us know how soon she'd be available.
